Anders Weberg (Sweden)
is an artist and filmmaker working in video, sound, new media and installations and he is primarily concerned with identity. Specializing in digital technologies, he aims to mix genres and ways of expression to explore the potential of audio visual media. He coined the term Peer-to-peer art or (p2p art) in 2006. Art made for - and only available on - the peer to peer networks. Currently based Malmö in the south of Sweden and has exhibited at numerous art/film festivals, galleries, and museums internationally.
Biljana Kosmogina (Serbia)
a writer who has received several awards for her work- the award for best story of Serbian society for science fiction 2000, the collection of a group of authors "The new Serbian OFF and SF story”. Since 2000 Kosmogina is engaged in research in the field of sexuality (Two essays on the topic of same-sex and transgender sexuality, one of which was awarded the 2003 contest Ticket City public libraries in Zrenjanin) and queer arts (award for best story Queer Zagreb Festival - "Porno Star" for whose website she still writes. She was part of the grandstand of the 57th Belgrade Festival of Short meters behind the projection of the Israel film “Border town”, which took the Grand Prix.

Vladimir Ristic (Slovenia)
Architect, musician in the band Kodagain, film artist, animator. Lives and works in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Author of numerous short films, animation and music videos (His best known video is for The Residents, a famous band from USA). Vladimir Ristic's movie Toni Jo was selected as one of 6 winning movies to be shown at the New York Museum of Modern Art as part of The Residents retrospective. Screened october 19th, 2006.
Janko Medjedovic (Serbia)
Graduated psychologist, right now he is on his PhD studies at the University of Belgrade, member of many NGO's, author of many short films, a film critic. Janko was a member of FreeNetWorld film fest jury 2009 as well as the member of the jury for the festival for low-fi film and short videos “Vazna je ideja” (Idea is important). He is a writer of known short stories Lasa Express and Rigoleto as well as the composer for a jazz composition Man with the red blanket and Sedative for Vesna. In his free time he likes, as he says, to play in the mouthpiece of the trumpet.
